Hello Everybody,
This last week I was contracted to host a health/ fitness seminar and bootcamp at a local community. This is the first time that I have have had the opportunity to speak in front of a group in this format under my Capital Gainz Enterprise LLC business. On a business level this was a fulfilling accomplishment as I successfully sold and delivered my motivational speaking services. On a personal level I was able to deliver my message of lifestyle efficiency, health, and fitness to a group of individuals that were primed to make a positive change in there lives.
